Refund Policy
Last updated: July 23, 2026
The short version: request a refund within 14 days of purchase, having accessed less than 20% of the program content, and you receive a full refund to your original payment method. No hoops.
1. 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund of your tuition within 14 calendar days of your purchase date, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the program's lessons as recorded by the student portal. This gives you time to review the curriculum structure, the early modules, and the included materials and decide whether the program is right for you.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your enrollment with the subject line "Refund Request" and your order number. No explanation is required. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
3. Financed Purchases
If you paid using a third-party installment or financing option, approved refunds are issued to that provider, which then adjusts or cancels your payment plan under its own terms. Timing of the adjustment on your account is controlled by the financing provider.
4. After the Refund Window
After the 14-day window closes, or once 20% or more of the program content has been accessed, tuition is non-refundable. This reflects the nature of digital education: once substantial content has been delivered, it cannot be returned. If something has gone wrong with your experience, contact us anyway. We would rather solve the problem than hide behind a policy.
5. Duplicate and Erroneous Charges
Duplicate charges and billing errors are refunded in full at any time. Contact us with the transaction details and we will correct it promptly.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. We resolve legitimate billing issues quickly, and a direct request is almost always faster than a card dispute.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the laws of your state or country. Where such laws provide greater rights, those laws control.
