Terms of Service

Last updated: July 23, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at this domain and the educational programs, content, and materials offered on it (together, the "Services"). The Services are operated by Fundhub LLC, doing business as Fundhub Education ("Fundhub Education," "we," "us"). By purchasing a program or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Services

Fundhub Education provides self-paced online educational programs, including video lessons, templates, workbooks, and reference materials. The Services are educational only. Fundhub Education is not a lender, loan broker, financing company, financial advisor, investment advisor, accountant, law firm, or credit repair organization, and nothing in the Services constitutes lending, brokering, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or credit repair services.

All templates and materials are provided for your own personal use. Any letter, application, or other document you prepare using our materials is drafted, reviewed, signed, and submitted by you, in your own name, at your own discretion. We do not contact credit bureaus, creditors, lenders, or any third party on your behalf.

2. No Guarantees

We make no representations or guarantees about credit scores, dispute outcomes, lending or credit approvals, business results, income, or any other financial outcome. Results depend entirely on your individual circumstances and your own actions. Any examples used in the curriculum are illustrations of concepts, not promises of results.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase a program. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your student portal login credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts and program access are personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

4. Purchases and Payment

Tuition for each program is stated at checkout. Payments are processed by independent third-party payment providers. Where installment or financing options appear at checkout, those options are offered by independent third-party providers under their own terms and approval criteria; Fundhub Education is not the lender and is not a party to any financing agreement between you and such a provider.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, templates, workbooks, text, and design elements are owned by Fundhub LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Upon purchase, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own education. You may not copy, distribute, resell, publish, or create derivative works from the materials, or use them to provide services to others.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You will not use any template or material to submit information you know to be false or inaccurate to any credit bureau, creditor, lender, or other party; misrepresent your identity; or engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practice. We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, for violation of this section.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Laws, reporting practices, and lending criteria change; while we work to keep the curriculum current, we do not warrant that any material is error-free or up to date at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fundhub LLC and its members, managers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the program giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may pursue an individual claim in small claims court where eligible.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
